The Village of Perry is glad to bring heavily requested online tools to customers of its services through Williamson Law Book.

NEW! Property Tax: Bills & Payments

Property owners can now find and pay tax bills online. Payments may be made with credit or debit cards or via eCheck/ACH. Fees vary by transaction type.

Credit or debit card payments: the service charge is 2.75% of the bill amount. eCheck or ACH: the service charge is $2.50 for transactions up to $2,000.00; it increases by $2.50 for every $2,000 more.

Pay the Water & Sewer bill online with a couple of clicks. To begin, you’ll need the account number. There is a 3% service charge for online credit or debit card payments. For eCheck/ACH payments, the charge is $2.50.

Property owners (only) may now request electronic versions of Water & Sewer bills, delivered via email. To get started, complete a short form that includes your service address.

You can sign up to get both paper and emailed electronic bills or just electronic bills.
