Letchworth Gateway Villages

Letchworth Gateway Villages is a collaborative initiative with neighboring communities. It was established in 2016 with the receipt of a USDA Rural Development grant by the villages of Perry,  Mt. Morris and Geneseo and other investors, including Livingston County Economic Development for the purposes of exploring new ways to work together to catalyze opportunities between the villages, their Main Streets, and Letchworth State Park. The Village of Perry is the administrative lead for the initiative.

The Advisory Group for Letchworth Gateway Villages includes a representative from volunteer groups with an interest in the health of Main Street in each community (the Perry Main Street Association, Partners for Progress in Mt. Morris, and Promote Geneseo) as well as Mayor Hauser from the Village of Perry and Downtown Partnership Program Leader Louise Wadsworth from Livingston County Economic Development.
