COVID-19 Virus Update - Impact to Village Operations

UPDATE on Village operations in light of COVID-19 virus containment protocols.

With the evolving nature of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Village of Perry will be following the directive of Governor Cuomo's Executive Order 202.1 and moving to make Village Board Meetings not open to the public. Only Board members, staff, and invited guests will be allowed to participate in person at the meetings. Board meetings will be recorded and a transcript of the meetings will be made public following the meeting. Additionally, a conference call in number will be made available to allow the public and media to follow the meeting and even make public comment during the appropriate times. Instructions to attend this conference call is as follows:

1) Call (425) 436-6360

2) When prompted, enter access code 419228

We ask for the public's patience as we work through this new process. The Village will continue to evaluate the effectiveness of this system and explore options that might improve efficiency for public engagement during this public health situation.

Above all, we ask that you take every precaution to insure your own personal health and safety during this outbreak. Working together and working smartly, we can endure this health crisis and resume our normal lives in due time.
