Notice for Bids - Perry Public Beach Improvement Project

The Village of Perry is seeking bids from qualified construction firms for work on the Perry Public Beach.

The attached document provides information for acquiring bid information and submission of bid packets. The project has a budgeted amount of $685,000 with funding coming from two grants, one sizable donation from Perry Rotary, and other fundraising options to supplement the Village's own investment. Bids will be due on August 27th at 2:00 PM. SWBR is the managing architect for the project.
