RFP for Downtown Redevelopment Opportunities

Two Main Street properties that has been vacant for some time has been given over to the Village of Perry. The Village is seeking parties interested in securing one or both of the properties and bringing them back to usable condition.

Public Information Meeting for Proposed Sewer Rates

The Village of Perry will be holding a public information meeting on January 24th, 2019, 7:00 PM at the Perry Fire Department's Recreation Hall in the Village Park.

Village Beach Improvement Survey

The Village is pursuing a master plan and design plans for improvements at the Village Beach. A web survey is now available to allow public input and direction for the steering committee to consider over the next few months.

Curbside Leaf Bags and Brush Pick-Up

In order to keep our neighborhoods clean and to increase work efficiency at our Department of Public Works, the Village of Perry is reminding residents that leaf bags and brush pick up will occur only on the first week of each month through October.

2018 State of the Village

Somehow I blinked, and now I’ve been mayoring for five years. But when I think about the big strides we’re taking as a village, the progress on the goals we enumerated five years ago, and all the efforts by our terrific staff and community volunteers, it sometimes seems instead that much more time has elapsed. Thank you for the opportunity to continue to serve.
