Village Hall Master Plan

The Village of Perry is approaching the completion of Phase 1 improvements to the Village Hall which are focused on unlocking use of the historic second floor assembly hall, via the addition of an elevator for ADA compliance, and a second means of egress via an exterior stair to the rear. At the conclusion of Phase 1, the Village will once again be able to use and offer this historic community space for public meetings, community events, concerts, theater and more. As part of our master plan, we will continue to update and restore the majesty of our Village Hall for the next hundred years, including windows and doors, renovations to the interior, equipment upgrades and ultimately the restoration of the bell tower.
