RFP for Downtown Redevelopment Opportunities

Two Main Street properties that has been vacant for some time has been given over to the Village of Perry. The Village is seeking parties interested in securing one or both of the properties and bringing them back to usable condition.

As such, the Village is posting a Request for Redevelopment Proposals. The properties are located at 58 South Main (commonly call the Old Post Office) and 59-61 South Main (commonly called the Old Sears building). Interested parties should review the RFPs below and submit proposal packages by 2:00 PM on May 29, 2019.
